Software Engineer – Agent Data - New York (Onsite)
A fast-scaling AI company building intelligent agents to take on real-world professional workflows are on the lookout for Engineers to join their team.
What will I be doing:
- Own systems end-to-end as the Responsible Party, from design through delivery.
- Build and standardise scalable data pipelines with strong schema design, validation, and observability.
- Model complex real-world workflows into structured ontologies and AI-ready abstractions.
- Ensure reliability with lineage tracking, drift detection, and clean data contracts.
- Set architectural direction, raise engineering standards, and simplify systems at scale.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong systems-thinking engineers across mid to senior levels
- Experience designing and owning data platforms, pipelines, or complex distributed systems
- Deep understanding of schema design, data modelling, validation, and observability
- Ability to translate messy real-world workflows into structured, logical abstractions
- Engineers who thrive with autonomy and take full accountability for execution and quality
