About the job

Senior AI/ML Engineer – Robotics & Physical AI | Massachusetts

I’m hiring right now for a global robotics and AI organization building next-generation intelligent robotic systems that combine AI, software, and hardware to automate complex real-world industrial tasks. The team is developing cutting-edge Physical AI solutions across autonomous mobile robots, robotic manipulation, perception systems, and reinforcement learning, leveraging massive real-world robotic data, advanced simulation environments, and AI-native robotics platforms already deployed with customers today.

They’re looking for deeply technical, product-minded AI engineers who thrive solving real-world problems; engineers comfortable owning systems end-to-end, working hands-on with robots, and shipping production-grade AI that operates reliably outside of simulation.

What they’re looking for:

  • 5+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems into production
  • Strong experience across AI/ML, robotics, computer vision, or autonomous systems
  • Hands-on experience working with sensor data, perception systems, or reinforcement learning
  • Strong software engineering skills with Python/C++ and scalable system design
  • High-ownership engineers who can take ideas from research → deployed customer products

Important details:

  • Based in Massachusetts
  • Hybrid environment with strong in-person collaboration
  • $240K-$320K base + equity
