They’re building the visual and interaction layer for AI — enabling intelligent, animated avatars that can move, respond, and exist across platforms in real time.
The role:
🔧 Own end-to-end development of AI agent systems powering interactive avatars
👥 Collaborate closely with researchers, product, and backend engineers in a tight-knit team
🧠 Design and implement systems using LLMs, RAG, multi-agent architectures, and knowledge graphs
⚙️ Build scalable backend infrastructure for real-time, multimodal AI experiences
🔌 Bridge cutting-edge research with production-ready systems used by real users
🧪 Define evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, and performance of AI agents
