Software Engineer (Agents) – New York (Onsite)

They’re hiring a Software Engineer to help design and scale the infrastructure behind these systems.
What will I be doing:
- Own systems end-to-end - from design through to production
- Build and scale robust data pipelines with strong schema design and observability
- Translate complex, real-world workflows into structured, AI-ready systems
- Ensure reliability through lineage tracking, drift detection, and clean data contracts
- Help define architecture and raise the engineering bar
What we're looking for:
- Strong systems thinking
- Experience with data platforms, pipelines, or distributed systems
- Deep understanding of data modelling, schema design, and observability
- Ability to simplify messy processes into clean abstractions
- Thrive in high-ownership, high-autonomy environments
