Member of Technical Staff (DevOps / Release Engineer)
A well-funded frontier AI startup in San Francisco is looking to hire a Member of Technical Staff, DevOps / Release Engineer to help scale and secure critical infrastructure and release systems.
Fresh off a $20M Seed round, the team is building cutting-edge ML systems and is looking for someone who can own release engineering processes in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
Ideal background:
• Experience in release engineering for security-focused products
• Exposure to vulnerabilities, patching, or secure software release workflows
• Strong DevOps or infrastructure engineering fundamentals
• Experience supporting highly scalable production systems
• Bonus points for experience with software running in HPC environments
What they’re looking for:
• CI/CD pipeline expertise
• Infrastructure automation experience
• Strong Linux and cloud fundamentals
• Experience improving reliability, deployment velocity, and operational tooling
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excited to work onsite in SF full-time
