Senior Software Engineer - Voice AI
A fast-growing AI startup building voice and communication infrastructure for enterprise financial services is looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to help scale real-time AI systems powering millions of customer interactions.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Owning backend systems, voice infrastructure, and internal tooling end-to-end
- Building scalable, reliable real-time systems used by enterprise customers
- Shipping production code quickly in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Leading incident response, improving reliability, and simplifying architecture
- Collaborating closely with leadership on technical direction and team growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7 years of software engineering experience with strong backend/infrastructure skills
- Strong experience with TypeScript and/or Python
- Experience building scalable distributed systems in production environments
- Comfortable in high-intensity, fast-moving startup cultures
- Bonus points for voice AI, telephony, real-time systems, or FinTech experience
