A high-growth fintech is redefining consumer finance with AI-powered solutions are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team.
What will I be doing?
- Lead and grow a team of engineers, creating an environment where people do their best work
- Own delivery end-to-end from defining problems to shipping high-impact products
- Set technical direction and guide architectural decisions with clarity and intent
- Build scalable, reliable systems with clear ownership, observability, and performance in mind
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers, helping them grow into stronger, more impactful contributors
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical depth
- 2+ years leading engineering teams, including hiring and developing talent
- Strong system design and architecture experience - you can confidently guide technical decisions
- A track record of shipping meaningful products and navigating complex trade-offs
- Proven ability to grow and mentor engineers into more senior roles
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communicator who values clarity, feedback, and structured thinking
