I’m hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a growing HPC & AI infrastructure team in Fremont, CA.
This is a hands-on leadership role, initially managing around 5 engineers while staying close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking, performance tuning and customer escalations.
The company builds complete GPU compute and AI infrastructure, from high-performance servers and workstations through to racks, networking, storage and multi-node clusters.
You’ll work across:
• NVIDIA H200 / B200 / B300 / RTX PRO
• AMD GPU platforms
• Slurm, InfiniBand & cluster software
• GPU deployment, validation and performance optimization
• AI, LLM inference and HPC workloads
Looking for someone with strong HPC/GPU infrastructure experience, engineering leadership skills and hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA or AMD systems.
📍 Fremont, CA — 5 days onsite
💰 Base up to ~$180K (flexible)
