🚨 Hiring: Full-stack Engineer

πŸ“ San Francisco (Onsite)

πŸ’° $150 - $225K + Equity

🏒 Company:

This company is building an AI Operator for growth that replaces traditional ad agencies with autonomous, quant-driven decision systems. By applying high-frequency trading, optimization, and risk management principles to ad spend, it helps customers achieve 20–50% improvements in efficiency. Already working with major global consumer brands, the team is scaling toward managing billions in ad spend and is backed by top-tier investors at a key growth inflection point. Operating at the intersection of machine learning, AI, and product design, the company is focused on turning noisy marketing data into precise financial decisions, with a small, high-caliber team and strong room for ownership.

πŸ› οΈ The Role:

  • Hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build the core user-facing platform for an autonomous optimization system
  • Own the layer where humans interact with the machine and build trust in AI-driven decisions
  • Design and ship the product experience used by executives, operators, and growth leaders
  • Help transition the company from a high-touch service model to a self-serve software platform
  • Play a major role in defining product direction, architecture, and interface standards

πŸ’‘ What You’ll Do:

  • Build the primary web interface for monitoring performance, live experiments, and decision-making activity
  • Create real-time dashboards, audit logs, and admin panels for guardrails and system oversight
  • Develop Slack integrations for alerts, approvals, and workflow interactions
  • Build LLM-powered analytics experiences
  • Design UI components that explain why the system made a given decision
  • Work across frontend, backend, and product to create a fast, trustworthy, and elegant user experience

πŸ‘€ Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications
  • Strong with React + TypeScript on the frontend
  • Comfortable with Python or Node.js on the backend
  • Product-minded and thoughtful about the end-user experience
  • Able to simplify complex systems and present data clearly
  • High-agency, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments

✨ Bonus Points:

  • Experience building Slack apps or interactive workflows
  • Experience integrating LLMs into user-facing products
  • Familiarity with streaming text and structured data to frontend applications
  • Experience with a design system or component library
  • Background in early-stage startups and building from zero to one

πŸš€ Why Join:

  • Work on a technically ambitious, high-impact problem with real financial consequences
  • Help shape how humans interact with autonomous decision systems
  • Join a company with live traction, real customers, and strong momentum
  • Have meaningful ownership over architecture, product direction, and user experience
  • Build foundational systems at an early stage with significant upside and influence
