π οΈ The Role:
- Hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build the core user-facing platform for an autonomous optimization system
- Own the layer where humans interact with the machine and build trust in AI-driven decisions
- Design and ship the product experience used by executives, operators, and growth leaders
- Help transition the company from a high-touch service model to a self-serve software platform
- Play a major role in defining product direction, architecture, and interface standards
π‘ What Youβll Do:
- Build the primary web interface for monitoring performance, live experiments, and decision-making activity
- Create real-time dashboards, audit logs, and admin panels for guardrails and system oversight
- Develop Slack integrations for alerts, approvals, and workflow interactions
- Build LLM-powered analytics experiences
- Design UI components that explain why the system made a given decision
- Work across frontend, backend, and product to create a fast, trustworthy, and elegant user experience
π€ Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications
- Strong with React + TypeScript on the frontend
- Comfortable with Python or Node.js on the backend
- Product-minded and thoughtful about the end-user experience
- Able to simplify complex systems and present data clearly
- High-agency, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
β¨ Bonus Points:
- Experience building Slack apps or interactive workflows
- Experience integrating LLMs into user-facing products
- Familiarity with streaming text and structured data to frontend applications
- Experience with a design system or component library
- Background in early-stage startups and building from zero to one
