A high-growth, Series A AI startup backed by top Silicon Valley investors, building an intelligent hiring marketplace powered by cutting-edge ML are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.

What will I be doing: 

• Build and deploy end-to-end ML systems in production
• Develop models across ranking, retrieval, NLP, personalization, and prediction
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data → deployment → monitoring
• Design evaluation frameworks for performance, bias, and impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship high-impact features fast
• Improve experimentation, tracking, and ML infrastructure

What we're looking for: 

• 5+ years building production ML systems
• Strong Python + experience with PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, or scikit-learn
• Experience with large-scale data, pipelines, and deployment
• Solid understanding of evaluation and experimentation
• LLMs, RAG, or personalization experience is a plus
• Product mindset with strong communication skills
