Lead the full-stack team building internal dashboards, admin tools, self-serve workflows, and customer-facing applications. Shape architecture, drive delivery from prototype to production, and stay hands-on across UI, APIs, and authentication.

What you’ll do

• Hire, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers.
• Own prioritization and delivery in a fast-moving environment.
• Guide architecture across React/TypeScript, REST/gRPC, Go/FastAPI, authentication, RBAC, and audit.
• Partner with research, platform, and product to turn ambiguous needs into reliable applications and customer integrations.
• Make targeted coding contributions and maintain strong technical standards.

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on, with readiness to grow a team to around 10.
• Deep full-stack experience shipping and owning production applications end to end.
• Strong coding, architectural judgment, and communication skills.
• Experience building reliable integrations with external systems or customer environments.
• Comfort setting direction and delivering in a zero-to-one environment.
