The Role
Full-stack engineering role building and scaling a production AI platform used by leading financial institutions.
You’ll own features end-to-end across backend systems, data, and product.
This is a high-bar environment - engineers are expected to go deep, defend decisions, and operate with strong ownership
Responsibilities ⚙️
Own features end-to-end
Build scalable systems and integrations
Translate product requirements into technical solutions
Make pragmatic architectural decisions
Write high-quality, maintainable code
Collaborate cross-functionally
Requirements
4+ years building production systems
Strong backend skills (Python, Java, Go, etc.)
Solid API, data modeling, and system design fundamentals
Experience owning features from design to deployment
Ability to operate in ambiguity and push back constructively
Nice to Have
Fintech or regulated environment experience
Startup experience
Exposure to AI-assisted development
