Engineering Lead / Manager (Series B Fintech)

We’re working with a well-funded Series B company building AI-driven decisioning systems in a complex, real-world financial domain. This is not a layer-on-top ML role — this is core infrastructure that directly impacts financial outcomes.

You’ll lead both the technical direction and execution of systems that sit at the heart of how decisions are made, automated, and scaled.

What you’ll do?

• Own core backend systems from architecture → build → scale
• Lead the design of APIs and platforms powering financial workflows
• Drive performance, reliability, and scalability in real-time systems
• Set technical direction across data, integrations, and infrastructure
• Lead engineers while staying close to the systems and decisions
