A role focused on designing AI-driven systems by identifying patterns in complex environments and translating them into clear, structured instructions for AI coding tools.


Role Overview


Own the problem definition and solution design. Break down ambiguous, real-world systems, identify key dynamics and leverage points, and guide AI tools to prototype and build solutions. Work across the full lifecycle, from early exploration and system design through to validating outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


-Analyze complex, messy problem spaces to identify AI/ML opportunities

-Design system architectures with clear, structured specifications

-Prototype rapidly using AI coding tools to test ideas

-Translate concepts into precise instructions AI systems can execute

-Evaluate outputs to ensure solutions address root problems

-Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Core Requirements


-Strong pattern recognition and systems thinking

-Excellent written communication with high precision

-Analytical rigor and comfort with quantitative reasoning

-Ability to read, write, and guide code (Python, JS, Go, etc.)

-Broad intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new domains quickly
