Hiring for a Staff Product Engineer for a company building the intelligent infrastructure behind the future of HVAC - using connected sensors and AI to deliver real time diagnostics, predictive maintenance and system optimisation

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Own the architecture and roadmap for the web platform

• Build scalable frameworks, component libraries and design systems

• Turn complex AI and telemetry data into intuitive user experiences

• Establish engineering standards across testing, accessibility, performance and CI/CD

• Mentor engineers and help shape the team

What we are looking for

• 8+ years of web development/product engineering
• 50/50 Frontend + Backend balance
• Ownership of customer facing web platform through large scale growth and maintenance
• Deep expertise in modern React, Next.js and TypeScript interfaces and Python backend services
• Track record of taking digital products from 0->1->Scale
• Founding / Staff Level
