Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Lead SoC Architect to join a well funded startup whose hardware promises to drastically change the economics of compute for the worlds' largest models.

With over $600m raised, and a world-class team with a track record of shipping highly successful products, this company abandons legacy chip design assumptions and strives for the best possible solution for every aspect of their chip - there is no such thing as "good enough".

As Lead SoC Architect, you'll be responsible for translating product requirements into system-level designs, owning performance, power, and area trade-offs as well as end-to-end architectural specifications through productization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in complex SoC architectures
• Excellent knowledge of memory systems and interconnect fabrics, including industry standards
• Experience owning PPA feasibility and driving power, performance, and area trade-offs with implementation teams
• Sound architectural judgment in driving trade-off decisions
• Excellent technical communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience collaborating across hardware, software, and third-party IP teams
• Programming/scripting skills (verilog, bash, C/C++, python etc)
