🚀 Software Engineer - $170K–$200K + equity

📍 NYC - Hybrid, 3 days/week in office

We’re partnered with an AI-native fintech building a platform that automates and optimizes debt resolution at scale

The company is profitable, has raised ~$22M, and is using real production AI trained on hundreds of millions of consumer interactions

You’ll work across Python, React, AWS, Snowflake, Bedrock, and modern ML/LLM systems to build products used by millions of consumers.

Looking for:

• 3+ years for Software Engineer

• 5+ years for Senior Software Engineer

• Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience

• Product mindset and ownership

• Experience building production systems at scale

• Interest in AI, fintech, or mission-driven products
