I am seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join an advanced robotics engineering team developing next-generation Physical AI solutions for autonomous mobile robots and industrial robotic arms. This is an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI and robotics, building intelligent systems that operate reliably in dynamic, real-world environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deploy AI capabilities for perception, navigation, manipulation, and interaction
• Work on obstacle detection, object classification, pose estimation, SLAM, and localization systems
• Build and optimize solutions using sensor technologies including RGBD cameras, LiDAR, and ToF sensors
• Take AI products from concept through production deployment and customer support
• Collaborate with cross-functional robotics and R&D teams across mobile and manipulator platforms
• Apply rigorous evaluation methodologies to track model performance, quality, and training improvements
• Utilize simulation and synthetic data generation platforms to accelerate development workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience shipping AI/ML products into production environments
• Deep understanding of robotics perception and sensor fusion technologies
• Expertise in data science, data engineering, and ML model evaluation
• Experience integrating AI into robotics software stacks
• Hands-on knowledge of SLAM, localization, and robotic perception systems
• Background with AMRs, industrial robotic arms, or autonomous systems
• Experience with NVIDIA Isaac tools and simulation platforms
• Interest in emerging Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models for robotics
• Strong collaborative mindset and scientific approach to engineering
