A seed-stage Applied AI lab building a fully autonomous AI investor - a system designed to push machine intelligence to its limits and deploy it in real financial environments are hiring a Software Engineer to join their team.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build an AI-native development environment that breaks down complex financial problems into solvable components
• Develop systems that write, execute, and iterate on data science code autonomously
• Create self-improving feedback loops using LLMs, RL, and retrieval systems
• Architect long-running, adaptive investment systems that evolve over time
• Collaborate with a high-talent, low-ego team to push financial intelligence forward end-to-end

What They’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in high-performance engineering environments
• Proven track record of shipping production systems end-to-end
• Strong Python backend expertise
• A systems thinker who can see the bigger picture
• Someone who thrives in high-ownership, 0→1 environments
