Haskell Engineer | AI Hardware Startup | $600M+ Raised | Up to $475,000 base
We're partnering with a well-funded AI hardware startup building next-generation processors purpose-built for LLM training and inference.
They're looking for strong Haskell engineers to write production hardware in Bluespec—a hardware description language based on Haskell's type system. No hardware experience is required; they'll teach you everything you need to know.
What You'll Do
- Design production hardware for AI compute and memory systems
- Build reusable Bluespec libraries and tooling
- Shape hardware architecture for large-scale LLM workloads
What They're Looking For
- Strong Haskell experience
- Solid software engineering fundamentals
- Interest in learning hardware design
Bonus: Bluespec, ASIC/FPGA, or Rust experience.
Years of experience: 3+ years
Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
Salary:
- Early Career - $120,000 - $250,000 + equity
- Mid Career - $175,000 - $362,500 + equity
- Senior Career - $250,000 - $475,000 + equity
