We're on the lookout for an experienced Compiler Engineer who can architect and design critical components of our compilers, mentor aspiring team members, and contribute to our next-gen hardware development.
Qualifications:
- Design and implement software for mapping neural networks onto our unique spatial architecture.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in network compilation and optimization, infusing these insights into our toolset.
- Drive the definition and adoption of best practices.
- Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead roadmap development, planning, recruiting, and create a thriving team environment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to excel in their roles.
- Evaluate current and proposed hardware architectures for future product enhancements.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience with an MS degree or 2+ years of experience with a PhD.
- Extensive experience in developing the internals of modern optimizing compilers for various architectures.
- Familiarity with MLIR.
- Exposure to spatial architectures or massively parallel systems.
- Proficiency in benchmarking and performance-guided optimization.
